ASSOMAC produces fabricated steel spools in accordance with standard 46397 or can create custom designs, complete with independently precision-machined side flanges and a central core for reinforcement. All components are assembled using press-fitting, CO MIG 2 wire welding, and are subsequently machined to ensure high-speed dynamic and static balancing. This process results in perfectly concentric spools that exhibit excellent balance, contributing to an extended product lifespan and reduced downtime for spooling machines.
